DATA POLICY

In compliance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, which regulate the handling of personal information, ER EXCURSIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS LTDA - informs the present treatment policy for data protection personal, which regulates the collection, storage, administration and protection of information that is received by the owners.

 

1. The legal entity responsible for the processing of personal data and therefore the database in which they are located, is ER EXCURSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES LTDA, with registered office in the city of Bogotá, D.C, Colombia.

 

 

2. Treatment and purpose of personal data

 

ER EXCURSIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS LTDA uses the personal information that the owners provide in order to develop their services, prepare statistics, send news information, activities, among others related to the corporate purpose.

This policy applies to all personal data that ER EXCURSIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS LTDA collects, stores, uses, administers, transfers and transmits, such as data from suppliers, contractors, employees and attendees to events.

 

 

 

The company is committed not to collect unnecessary information and to maintain the confidentiality and security of it.

 

The processing of the data will be assigned to specific officials, according to the area in charge of the database.

 

3. Rights of holders

According to article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, the holders of the information have the following rights:

 

a) Know, update and rectify your personal data in front of the Responsible for the Treatment or Managers of the Treatment. This right may be exercised, among others, against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractioned, misleading data, or those whose Treatment is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized;

 

 

b) Request proof of the authorization granted to the Person Responsible for Processing, except when expressly excepted as a requirement for the Treatment, in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012;

 

c) To be informed by the Person Responsible for the Treatment or the Person in Charge of the Treatment, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to their personal data;

 

d) Submit to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce complaints for infractions of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that modify, add or complement it;

 

e) Revoke the authorization and / or request the deletion of the data when the Treatment does not respect the principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees. The revocation and / or suppression will proceed when the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce has determined that in the Treatment the Responsible or Person in Charge has incurred in conducts contrary to this law and the Constitution;

 

f) Access, free of charge, your personal data that has been processed.

 

4. Authorization: The processing of personal data by ER EXCURSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES LTDA implies prior authorization and informed by the owner, unless the data is public

 

For the above, ER EXCURSIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS LTDA will adopt a procedure to request authorization for the collection of personal data and will inform the purposes for which they will be stored, guaranteeing them the possibility of verifying the granting of said authorization.

 

The authorization may be given verbally, in writing or in any other format that will guarantee its subsequent consultation.

 

The owner undertakes to provide certain, truthful, accurate, authentic and current information and is responsible for the content thereof and for the damages caused to ER EXCURSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES LTDA or to third parties. The owner must keep the information updated at all times.

 

5. Area responsible for the processing of personal data

 

 

The operations department will be the area in charge of the attention of requests, queries and claims before which the owner of the information may exercise their rights.

6. Procedure so that the holders of the information can exercise their rights.

 

The holders, their successors in title, the representative and / or proxy or by stipulation in favor of another, may consult the personal information of the owner that rests in any database.

To this end, the above persons must prove the following information:

 

  • Name and surname

  • Accredit the quality in which it acts

  • Document type

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Country

  • Issue

 

 

The consultation will be attended within a maximum term of ten (10) business days counted from the date of receipt of the same. When it is not possible to attend the consultation within said term, the interested party will be informed, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which his consultation will be attended, which in no case will exceed five (5) working days after the expiration of the first term.

 

When the owner or his successors claim a claim to consider that the information contained in a database should be subject to correction, update or deletion, or when they notice an alleged breach of the Act, may submit a claim, which shall contain the Next information:

 

- Identification of the holder, the Causaire or the agent.

- The description of the facts that give rise to the claim.

- The address

- The documents that you want to assert.

If the claim is incomplete, the interested party will be required within five (5) days after receipt of the claim to correct the faults. After two (2) months from the date of the request, without the applicant submitting the required information, it shall be understood that the claim has been abandoned.

 

The maximum term to attend the claim will be fifteen (15) business days counted from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to attend the claim within said term, the interested party will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which his claim will be handled, which will not exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.

7. ER EXCURSIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS LTDA reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, any modification will be published on this page, if applicable, a new authorization will be requested when the change refers to the purpose of the Treatment.

 

The effective date of this policy is July 27 2013 and was modified on August 08 2016.
